Liquid Lounge's United Kingdom Delivery Policy

Liquid Lounge deliver great International and UK vaping products to the United Kingdom (including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands - although delivery times may vary slightly).

In order to deliver products to our customers in a timely and secure manner, Liquid Lounge work with Royal Mail. Royal Mail is the UK’s designated Universal Postal Service Provider, supporting customers, businesses and communities around the country.

Delivery Royal Mail

We aim to dispatch orders made by 12pm lunchtime the same day, if not our customers can be assured that items ordered will be on their way the following working day.

As standard, orders can be shipped by Royal Mail 24 and 48 hour services.

For extra security and guaranteed delivery; orders can be sent by Special Delivery. Details of all of these services can be found below:

Liquid Lounge's 'Pay and Collect' Policy - United Kingdom

As well as great delivery options, customers can purchase goods online, pay securely, then pick them up from us. 

Our Sunderland store can be found near Park Lane metro station in Sunderland at:

We reserve the right to ask for ID to verify the age of our customers when they collect products from us, in line with UK vaping law.

Please note: orders which are paid for by Pay and Collect will be held for 14 days, after which the sale will be cancelled without a refund. This period can be extended simply by contacting Liquid Lounge at the time of purchase.

Liquid Lounge's Returns Policy - United Kingdom

For your peace of mind, Liquid Lounge offer a 30 day exchange/store credit policy on all hardware. Within 30 days of purchase, Liquid Lounge will issue a refund for faulty hardware, at our discretion. It is often a far quicker process for yourself to contact the manufacturer of the hardware directly, providing our receipt as proof of purchase. This is due to the time it takes for us to escalate the issue to our distributors, and then on to the manufacturers about faulty products.

As a reseller, after 30 days have past from purchasing from us, please be advised that it then the responsibility of the manufacturer to assist with any faulty products.

Please note: we do not accept returns on the sale of vaping liquids.

Please note: any additional import charges or customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer. 

We reserve the right to cancel any orders, with a full refund, made in countries which it will not be possible to deliver to for reasons such as customs or government laws. For example we do not deliver to Singapore, Honk Kong or Thailand as vaping is an illegal practice within these countries.
